Jordan is the Founder of the Breakfast Club of BC Foundation. He is recent graduate of the University of California – Berkeley, where he majored in history. As a high school student, Jordan sold school supplies to support breakfast programs in his hometown of Vancouver. The establishment of the Breakfast Club is a continuation of this work, and through the Foundation, Jordan hopes to help as many at-risk youth and grade school children reach their potential in BC.

During his university career, he was a member of the USC Men's Rugby Team, which competes in the D-1 PAC Rugby Conference. His awareness of critical nutrition to success on the pitch became paramount. Comprehending that some families are unable to provide essential resources for their children, Dylan hopes to provide the support they need in order to maximize youth capabilities.

Mr. Espig has been a founding director of Phosplatin Therapeutics, a private biopharmaceutical company, since November 2010. He also served as Vice president of the principle finance and securitization group and Asia special situations group for Goldman Sachs japan. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Espig served as vice president of Olympus capital, a private requity firm in New York. Mr. Espig is a chairman of the Vancouver Centre of arts and technology. He holds a bachelors of arts from the university of British Columbia and a masters of business from Columbia business school.
